For glazing work, sealing windows, doors, hatches, and gates, sealing and insulating various building structure joints, including sealing between larger and heavier facade cladding materials and framework, as well as for noise, air, heat, and moisture insulation of foundations, support structures, roof coverings, additional structures, etc. A widely used general sealant. Elastic, one-sided adhesive, with good adhesion, watertight closed-cell EPDM cellular rubber.

Material from: flexible closed-cell EPDM foam rubber, laminated from below with double-sided fiberglass-acrylic tape, protected by removable polyester film; watertight, resistant to weak chemicals.

Color: black or white; (P-sealant 5.5×9 mm, also grey and brown as a special order.

Density: 130–170 kg/m3; hardness 40–50 Shore; water absorption < 2%.

Average temperature tolerance: -40°C +60°C (for self-adhesive, depends on tape properties, foam rubber without tape -30ºC +90 °C), recommended installation temperature: +5...+25 °C.
